Our organization promotes and sustains an open corporate culture of ethics, transparency and accountability, inspired by sound values.
For these reasons we make available to people who have working relationships with our organization (employees, collaborators, shareholders, suppliers, customers, interns, temps) an internal reporting channel that complies with current regulations, the so-called Whistleblowing platform, where it is possible to report any fact done or behavior carried out by our personnel, which may represent a violation of applicable laws, rules and regulations or may cause economic or reputational damage to our company.
We clarify that this channel is not for commercial complaints, nor is it for filing grievances related to personal interests or related to dissatisfaction in the workplace.
In the handling of reports, we are committed to the principles of confidentiality, proportionality and impartiality, to recognize the good faith of whistleblowers and to ensure their anonymity. In addition, we do not tolerate and oppose any form of threat, retaliation or discrimination, and we are committed to ensuring protection with respect to the individuals who transmit reports and other persons who contribute to the reports.
